For all purchases made using Klarna, you have the right to return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. All items purchased through Klarna must be unopened and unused for sanitary reasons to qualify.

Highlighted Faces LLC operates on a no-return basis. All items purchased are final sale for the health and safety of all of our customers. Those that will be using Klarna's installment payment service, are excluded from these terms.

Refunds

If more than 14 business days have passed since you've received your order, unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do. Those that will be using Klarna's installment payment service, are excluded from these terms.

How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders have a 1-2 business day (Monday-Friday) processing time. After that processing time, standard shipping is 4-6 business days (Monday-Friday). Ultimately, all orders are guaranteed delivery within an 8 business day time period.

How much is shipping? 

We have a flat standard rate of $10.99 for shipping and handling.

How are orders shipped?

All orders will be shipped by USPS using their Priority Mail Service. International orders can take up to 10 business days (Monday-Friday) to be delivered after the processing time. Highlighted Faces is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

What do I do if my order is lost or stolen?

Please contact USPS regarding lost or stolen packages. Highlighted Faces will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

When will I get my tracking number?

Your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided for your order the day your order is shipped.

What happens if USPS delivers my order after Highlighted Faces' delivery time frame?

We entrust USPS to work efficiently and effectively to deliver our orders in a timely fashion. But, unfortunately there are multiple factors that can delay delivery. 

For more information regarding your package, you will have to contact USPS. Once your order is shipped, Highlighted Faces has no liability for delivery as USPS is solely responsible for properly delivering your order.
